Credit Card FraudThe person in this video most likely lives in the Kansas City area and is wanted for credit card fraud. He uses a visa gift card which contains a debit card account number of another person ( which is stolen ). He either makes these cards or has access to someone who does. The card does not have raised account numbers, there for it can not be imprinted. when run through a credit card machine you will get an authorization code which makes the store think it's legit but a month later the stores account will be debited for the sale amount because an imprint was not done.

This person bought $100.00 worth of live rock for a salt water aquarium which makes me believe he lives some where close in the KC area.

If possible it would help the Gladstone police dept.catch this thief if this video was run on the news. some where some knows this person.
